Worker / Supply Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Supply Assistant to join our team at our supply company located in Bar Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming supplies and materials in an organized manner.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with the supply team to meet daily operational goals.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or supply chain role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).

Working Conditions:

• This role involves working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, if required.
